Reserved Time: Opportunity for face-to-face meetings

This is a period of time reserved for visitors to Lund who are participating in the Technical Broad to schedule in-person meetings with their Lund-based colleagues the day following the plenary sessions.
Visitors are encouraged to make maximum advantage of their travel to Lund by considering to stay in Lund overnight 13/14 June, potentially to meet socially (nothing formally arranged by ESS), and then have face-to-face meetings with their Lund-based colleagues AM 14 June. Please note that visitors and their ACCSYS Lund based colleagues should make their own arrangements for this.
