This is the September iWeek organized by ICS.
The focus of this week is:
- planning Integration Support activities in 2014 with our stakeholders
- the HW Standardization meeting
- a mini ICS Development Environment workshop
- work on the ICS Physics and Software packages
- other
The purpose is, as always, to bring ICS and users closer in a short, intense time-boxed venue.
At this meeting we discuss the current state of the ICD documents, the architecture, overall status of things (DMSC, etc)

ICS - DG Integration Support planning 2014
At this meeting we discuss the Detector Group development activities in 2014 and how ICS can provide Integration support services.
Also, the location of the work and the office space required is discussed.

HW Standardization meeting
At this meeting the following topics regarding HW harmonization will be discussed:
- the current state of Control Boxes
- the definition of the Control Box and the System Controller (see attached document)
- the Integration Support procedures proposed by ICS
- misc
At this meeting we discuss:
- the status of FPGA development (feedback etc.)
- report from IBIC
- anything else that ICS and BD have to talk about ...

ICS - RF, LLRF, Uppsala Integration support
At this meeting we discuss the requirements related to Uppsala test stand and the next steps.

ICS Development Environment mini-workshop
The workshop will include a general show-and-tell about the ICS Development Enviroment plus various discussions with all of the users.
There will be 3 dedicated presentations:
- General Dev Env presentation (10-15min)
* What is DevEnv all about
* What are the plans and goals
- Jenkins and general CI presentation (15-30min)
* CI in general
* Jenkins @ ESS
* A live demo of creating a build job on Jenkins
- Git migration plan (15-30min)
* General about Git
* What is the plan
* Live demo of merging a repository
This meeting is intended for demonstrating the functionality of the ICS Timing system on the uTCA platform.
It is intended to be composed of a presentation, a hands-on demonstration and a discussion later.
