o Innovation in Procurement
The participants in this group should discuss best ways to identify how procurement can lead to innovation; for instance, understanding the new market opportunities in ESS related sectors and disciplines. Additionally, in this topic the participants could explore how interactions with suppliers can lead to improved designs and/or specifications. Relevant examples will be provided.
o Innovation in In-Kind work
The participants in this group should focus on innovation opportunities within In-Kind Collaborations, from the current construction phase of ESS to Operational Phase of the Facility. Relevant examples will be provided.
o Harvesting Innovation at ESS
The participants in this group should focus on innovations that are already taking place at ESS and how these innovations can be explored and disseminated. ESS will provide examples of said innovations.
