Small-angle neutron scattering (SANS) provides unique insight into the anisotropic and magnetic properties of Type II superconductors, particularly through the analysis of vortex lattice structures. In this talk, I will discuss an example from my study of the layered anisotropic superconductor 2H-NbS₂, where anisotropy in the vortex lattice was resolved and quantified using the Grasp software...

Roland Kádár will speak about the multiscale alignment (i) in flow from combining SAXS with light polarization techniques, and (ii) in magnetic fields using a newly developed orientation cell.
