 hed the detailed invitation list that contains their role in the review pr
 ocess.\nThe charge for the SAR is:\n\nValidate that all system components\
 , as defined by the Instrument FBS\, are presented and installed. This ens
 ures that all project scopes have been delivered.\nValidate that all syste
 m documentation has been delivered and is in CHESS.\nValidate that all tec
 hnical documentation has been delivered\, stored in CHESS\, and is appropr
 iately linked to the FBS structure.\nReview the integrated cold commission
 ing report and ensure that it represents a sufficient test of the instrume
 nt systems\, showing that all requirements that are testable during cold c
 ommissioning have been addressed.\nConfirmed that the performed testing ha
 s verified performance against the requirements that are testable during t
 he cold commissining.\nReview the operating processes of the instrument an
 d Hot Commissining plan.\nReview the list of non-conformities and their ac
 tual or proposed resolution and determine if they are appropriate.\nPrepar
 e a review report.\n\nThe required participants to join in person:\n• Re
