 event jointly organised by\, and for\, ESS and MAX IV.\nPlease register be
 low and choose your distance:\n\n\n10 km run\n\n\n5 km run\n\n\n2.5 km run
 \n\n\nRelay: \n\n\nDuo 2ppl\, 5km each\n\n\nQuad 4 ppl 2\,5km each\n\n\n\
 n\nWalk  2.5km\, no competition\n\n\nor if you want to volunteer to help 
 with preparations or during the race.\n\n\nAll information needed will be
