 nThe charge for the SAR is:\n\nValidate that all system components\, as de
 fined by the Instrument FBS\, are presented and installed. This ensures th
 at all project scopes have been delivered.\nValidate that all system docum
 entation has been delivered and is in CHESS.\nValidate that all technical 
 documentation has been delivered\, stored in CHESS\, and is appropriately 
 linked to the FBS structure.\nReview the integrated cold commissioning rep
 ort and ensure that it represents a sufficient test of the instrument syst
 ems\, showing that all requirements that are testable during cold commissi
 oning have been addressed.\nConfirmed that the performed testing has verif
 ied performance against the requirements that are testable during the cold
  commissining.\nReview the operating processes of the instrument and Hot C
 ommissining plan.\nReview the list of non-conformities and their actual or
  proposed resolution and determine if they are appropriate.\nPrepare a rev
