Indico is open again for external users, with some new restrictions in place to mitigate the problems we had last week, when a bot started to create a lot of meetings with a lot of texts and links.

The ability to create meetings, lectures and conferences has been restricted to the manager of each Category. The managers name can be found in the right column of the Category page. Please contact one of the managers if you need to create an event. The manager can create the event for you and set you as manager of the event.

When possible, make the event protected and set an access key for those who should be able to access the content of the event. Please note that public event are open for everyone and that the material published within that event is public and easily downloadable for anyone.
