ACCOMMODATION
ESS has an agreement with several hotels in Lund. I suggest two of the hotels below, but would you prefer a different one you are welcome to contact me.
HOTEL CONCORDIA
is situated very close to the railway station and we have a good price for their rooms, 995 SEK. You book the room directly with the hotel, but to get this price you need to let them know you visit ESS and you can put my name in cc as a reference: caroline.prabert@esss.se

HOTEL FINN
is situated just outside the inner city center and have both apartment rooms and small rooms which you can book for one night only, price 795 SEK for smaller "Satellit" rooms. Finn hotel has a shuttle (free of charge when you go FROM the hotel to ESS) which can take you to the site on Tuesday morning. If you would like to book this shuttle you should mention this already when you book the room. If so I recommend everybody to book it for 8.20am, so that you all go together and arrive in time to register in the site reception before the meeting begins at 9am.
