Invitation Letter
VISA APPLICATION
Attendees from most countries will be required to obtain the Chinese Visa to enter the People's Republic of China. Attendees could apply for a Chinese Visa through a travel agency or directly at the nearest Chinese embassy; applying the Chinese Visa at the Chinese Embassy is strongly recommended.
OFFICIAL INVITATION LETTERS
Official letters of invitation approved by CAS, which is supported document to give an assistance to apply the Chinese VISA, can be sent (without financial commitment) upon registered online and indicated the request to lilu@impcas.ac.cn
Key Information of the Official Invitation Letters for the VISA Application:
All foreign attendants who will apply for the Chinese VISA need to complete the registration form online and Official Invitation Letter request by July. 27th, 2019 for obtaining the Official Invitation Letters in time.
To request an Official Invitation Letter for VISA application, firstly, attendants need to supply the following information at your earliest convenience by sending the email to lilu@impcas.ac.cn
1. Scanned version of your passport – Personal Information Sheet
2. Personal CV (If you are speaker, please provide the document)
Please write your email using the subject " Require Official Invitation Letter for SLHiPP2019", and indicate Your Name:(Prof./Ms./Mr./Dr. ...)
According to CAS policy, anyone who doesn't need to apply for the Chinese VISA, also need to submit the materials mentioned above to lilu@impcas.ac.cn, used to do the paper work of their visit application. Please write the email using the subject "General Invitation Letter for SLHiPP2019", and indicate Your Name as the same as the official one.
