Instructions for Abstracts and Oral Presentations
All primary authors must register for an Indico ESS account in order to participate in AMMW2023. Once you log in, please ensure that your ACCOUNT profile is up to date, especially your email address and affiliation.
All abstracts submitted for the AMMW2023 Workshop will be accepted as oral presentations, but the Local Committee reserves the right to reject any presentation.
To submit your abstract(s), click "Submit Abstract" in the left menu.
Abstract Classification
All contributions are organized into topics, so please try to choose the most appropriate category when submitting your abstract.
Abstract Title, Text, Special Characters, and Footnotes
Please use initial capital letters when entering the title of your contribution. The abstract text should not exceed 1000 characters. We kindly request that authors avoid using special characters to prevent any loss of information or confusion. Footnotes should not exceed 100 characters, and references should be separated by a carriage return.
Abstract Authors and Co-Authors
When submitting your abstract, you can add co-authors and specify who will be the presenter during the workshop.
Editing Your Abstract
After submitting your abstract, you can print, edit, withdraw, and add co-authors in a new window. Please designate the primary/submitting author (the person who will be contacted regarding the program and conference organization), the presenter/speaker, and any co-authors.
Oral Presentations
Oral presentations are expected to be 25 minutes long, with an additional 5 minutes for audience questions.
All presenters must upload an electronic copy of their presentation in either Microsoft PowerPoint or PDF format at least one day prior to the scheduled session. To do so, please find your contribution in the Timetable panel or in My Conference area and add the document.
Computer and Software Requirements
Presentations will be viewed on a computer managed by ESS PC (not available for Macintosh) located in the auditorium. The available software versions are Microsoft Office 2016 or Adobe Acrobat in the MS-Windows environment (Macintosh users should ensure that their presentations operate correctly using these software versions).
