*If you want to stay extra nights in Copenhagen, you can do so at your own expense. The rate we have been offered is only valid for the group reservation. The hotel recommends that you just book the extra nights on their direct website (see above). If you book the same room category, they will make sure you can stay in the same room.
Breakfast: served on the 10th floor, with a lovely panoramic view over Copenhagen. You must inform your room number to the host before entering the restaurant
Elevator: to activate the elevator, use your keycard
Rooms: the room number has 4 numbers and the last 2 numbers show the floor. Ex room number 1222 on the 2nd floor
Luggage storage: If it’s not possible to check in early or you just need to storage your luggage after check-out, you can use the luggage boxes in the hotel’s basement. It cost 20 DKK (approx. 3 EUR) per box per hour.
Wi-Fi: Free wi-fi throughout the hotel. Password: Wakeupcopenhagen
Parking: If you are arriving by car, you have different options for parking. The hotel has its own parking garage (first come, first served), it costs 200 DKK (approx. 27 EUR) per night. Please contact the reception before entering.
If the garage is fully booked, it is possible to park at the public parking spots around the hotel. (Use the parking monitors or Easy Park app to pay for the parking outside the hotel)
Café: The hotel has a nice café located in extension to the reception. It is open 24 hours a day. The café offers, among other things: sandwiches, snacks, draft beer, alcohol, sodas and coffee/tea etc.
Transport from CPH Airport to Wakeup Bernstorffsgade Hotel:
Train (recommended)
The trains depart every 10 minutes from the airport to Copenhagen Central Station/København H during the day. In the evening hours it will be every 20 minutes, and during the night just once an hour.
To get to the central station by train will only take 15 minutes.
All the trains from the airport stop at CPH Central Station. The hotel is less than 10 minutes’ walk from there.
Metro
The Metro operates at 4-6 minute intervals during the day and evening hours and at 15-20 minute intervals during the night. All the metros go in the same direction from the airport (M2 to Vanløse Station), so you do not have to worry about getting on the wrong one.
The get from the airport to the hotel choosing this option will take 30 minutes.
Take M2 towards “Vanløse Station” and get off at the stop called “Kongens Nytorv”. Change to the metro M3 or M4 via København H and get off at the stop called “København H”, then walk about 9 minutes to the hotel.
Bus
The bus departs every 10 minutes during the day and only every 20 minutes in the evening.
To get from the airport to the hotel choosing this option will take 40 minutes.
Take the bus 5C towards Husum Torv, 190 meters from the airport, and get off at the stop called “Polititorvet”, then walk 250 meters to the hotel.
Tickets: CPH Airport to the hotel
Tickets are available at the airport in the DSB ticket sales area in Terminal 3. A single trip (3 zones) from Copenhagen airport to CPH Central Station/the hotel costs 30 DKK (approx. 4€). Please note that the ticket machines do not accept notes, only coins and credit card such as VISA.
