AD Seminar - Overview and status of the MINERVA facility at SCK CEN

We present the MINERVA facility which is being constructed at the Belgian Nuclear Research Center SCK CEN. MINERVA consists of a 4 mA, 100 MeV proton linear accelerator with 2 user facilities, the proton target facility and the full power facility. The former will produce high intensity radioactive ion beams and the latter will be used for fusion material tests. In this overview, we will show the facility layout, the current status of the design and construction and some highlights of the linac optical design.
