Registration closes: 15th July 25th July (For candidates that do not need visa to enter Denmark / Sweden)
The application deadline have been extended, though now there is not sufficient time to apply for visa, so only for applicants that do not need that. Applicants who applied before the original deadline will get assistance with visa applications.
Participation in the school is free of charge including accommodation. Students will need to pay for travel to Copenhagen and a few meals.
Places are limited and the required poster abstract will be used to select students if the school is oversubscribed. The abstract template can be downloaded from this site, download link at the bottom of the Overview page. Froms for registration and abstract submission is also at the bottom of the Overview page.
The registration includes:
- Admission to all sessions during the summer school week
- Social events: Welcome Reception (Sunday), Gaming night (Tuesday), Conference banquet (Thursday)
- Request to stay at Zleep Hotel Lyngby during the whole school week (Sunday-Friday)
- Morning and afternoon coffee breaks during the school week (Monday-Friday)
- Lunch during the school week (Monday-Friday)
- Trip to visit the ESS construction site in Lund, Sweden (Monday)
Sunday Social Activity
You are also able to register to attend the social activity on Sunday, the 1st of September. More information will come.
Payment
The summer school including lunch, coffee breaks, social arrangements and accommodation are free of charge.
