Welcome to SciCatCon 2025.
We are pleased to announce the 2025 edition of SciCatCon, the 4th in-person meeting dedicated to SciCat, the scientific metadata catalog. The 2025 edition of the meeting will be hosted by DMSC division of ESS, in their brand new offices located on the DTU campus in the vicinity of Copenhagen, Denmark's capital.
Two days open to all users and experts of the SciCat platform. A unique opportunity for everybody to provide priceless feedback, discuss technical details, deployment solutions, new features, user developed applications and data curation challenges.
The meeting will have the format that has been successfully tested in the last two editions:
- Day 1 (half day)
- Afternoon: Opening, features presentation and institutions updates
- Day 2 (full day)
- Morning: User sessions, users feedback
- Afternoon: Developer sessions 1
- Day 3 (half day)
- Early morning: Developer session 2
- Late morning: Closing remarks and future plans
