We will have lodging in two different hotels in Båstad:
Hotel Skansen and Hotel Riviera. They are both situated close to the sea. It is about 3 km between the hotels, see picture below. As you can see it is a nice walk partly on the beach, but there are also public buses and shuttle buses going if you like that better. Everyone will have a single room.
You will eat breakfast at the hotel you are checking in to.
The conference room will be at hotel Skansen and we will be eating lunch and dinner there.
Regarding the pool access:
If you have your room at Skansen you will have access to the SPA at Skansen, if you have your room at Riviera you will have access to the pools and the pool house at Riviera.
Hotel Skansen in Båstad offers garage and outdoor parking options for a fee, with specific rules for the summer season.
Parking Options and Rates
Garage Parking: Costs 220 SEK per night and is available in the hotel's garage on a first-come, first-served basis or via pre-booking depending on the area.
Electric Vehicle Charging: A limited number of charging stations are available on the hotel grounds and can be pre-booked.
Prästliden Parking: Located above the church on Italienska vägen, recommended for summer pre-booking. It is free from September 1 to May 31, but subject to local rules/fees during peak summer.
Public Parking: Båstad Municipality offers public lots nearby that are free from September 1 through May 31, though subject to fees or time limits during summer.
Good to Know
Summer Access: The area directly around Hotel Skansen Båstad is pedestrian-only during the summer, but guests are allowed to drive up temporarily to load and unload luggage.
