On-site registration (only after previous online registration) will open at 5 pm on Sunday, 16th of October 2016 at the venue - in the "Marble Hall" located at Thorvaldsensvej 40 close to the Frederiksberg metro station. Registration is required for admission to the Conference.
The registration includes:
- Admission to all sessions and exhibitions during the conference
- Social events: Welcome Reception (Sunday) and Conference Banquet (Tuesday)
- Morning and afternoon coffee breaks during the main conference (Mon, Tue, Wed)
- Lunch during the main conference (Mon, Tue, Wed)
- Trip to visit the ESS construction site and MAX IV in Lund, Sweden (Wednesday)
Sunday Social Activity
You are also able to register to attend the social activity on Sunday, the 16th of October. It will be a visit to the Copenhagen Planetarium where we will have a leisurely get-together. We will watch the IMAX movie "Mysteries of the Unseen World" as well as enjoy an exhibition called "Mysteries of Space". We will meet in the two hotels, Avenue Hotel and Radisson Blu Falconer hotel, at 2.15 pm and walk together to the Planetarium. The event will end in time to go to the on-site registration and welcome reception. If you rather prefer to meet up directly in the Planetarium, please do so at 3.00 pm. The address is Tycho Brahe Planetarium, Gammel Kongevej 10.
Satellite workshopsYou can also register for one or more of the satellite workshops that will be held the days after the NOBUGS conference at the same site (in the Marble Hall - Thorvaldsensvej 40). Payment
University of Copenhagen is handling the payments for the conference through PayPal. They are also represented as UCPH or KU - Københavns Universitet in the process or on payment receipts. No PayPal account is required.
Admission to the Conference is granted only upon receipt of the registration fee.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
If you need to cancel your registration, please contact the NOBUGS 2016 Local Organizing Committee at nobugs@esss.se
On cancellation, the registration fee is refundable minus a €20 processing fee if the notification of the cancellation is received by the 15th of August. Cancellation after that date will result in forfeiture of the entire registration fee.
