Registrations open: 16 March
Registrations close: 1 June 15 June (for applicants that do not need a VISA)
All applicants must submit an abstract during registration. Submissions without an abstract are considered incomplete and will not be reviewed.
Applicants will be notified of the outcome shortly after the registration deadline.
Abstracts will be evaluated based on:
- Overall quality
- Relevance to neutron scattering

What registration includes
- Admission to all sessions during the summer school week
- Social events: Welcome Reception (Sunday), Python video game battle (Tuesday), and Conference Dinner (Thursday)
- Coffee breaks (Monday–Friday)
- Lunch (Monday–Friday)
- Visit to the ESS facilities in Lund, Sweden (Monday)
Payment
Participation in the summer school is free of charge, including lunches, coffee breaks, social events, the conference dinner, and the ESS visit.
Participants are expected to cover their own travel, accommodation, and evening meals.
