Registrations close: 1 June
It is required to upload an abstract for a registration to be considered valid and reviewed for acceptance.
Registrations submitted without an abstract will not be considered complete.
Applicants will be notified of the outcome shortly after the application deadline.
Abstracts will be evaluated based on two criteria:
1. Overall quality
2. Relevance to neutron scattering

Registration includes:
* Admission to all sessions during the summer school week
* Social events: Welcome Reception (Sunday), Python video game battle (Tuesday), and Conference dinner (Thursday)
* Morning and afternoon coffee breaks (Monday-Friday)
* Lunch during the school week (Monday-Friday)
* A visit to the ESS facilities in Lund, Sweden (Monday)
Payment
Participation in the summer school is free of charge, including lunch, coffee breaks, social events, the conference dinner, and the visit to ESS Lund.
Participants are expected to cover their own travel, accommodation, and some evening meal expenses.
