Registration closes: June 1st
Participation in the school is free of charge, but accommodation can't be guaranteed at this stage. Students will need to pay for travel to Copenhagen and a few meals.
Places are limited and the required poster abstract will be used to select students if the school is oversubscribed. The abstract template can be downloaded from this site, download link at the bottom of the Overview page. Forms for registration and abstract submission is also at the bottom of the Overview page.
The registration includes:
- Admission to all sessions during the summer school week
- Social events: Welcome Reception (Sunday), Gaming night (Tuesday), Conference dinner (Thursday)
- Request for accommodation during the whole school week (Sunday-Friday)
- Morning and afternoon coffee breaks during the school week (Monday-Friday)
- Lunch during the school week (Monday-Friday)
- Trip to visit the ESS construction site in Lund, Sweden (Monday)
Sunday Social Activity
You are also able to register to attend the social activity on Sunday, the 24th of August. More information will come.
Payment
The summer school including lunch, coffee breaks and social arrangements are free of charge. Accommodation can't be guaranteed at this stage.
