The conference (incl. parallell sessions) will take place in their meeting rooms Live 1-3 and the poster session will be in a common area, in close connection to those rooms.

There are a limited amount of rooms reserved for ICANS conference guests and they are available to book via the link below. Please note that from four months before the conference there are less rooms reserved for conference participants and two months before they will be released. If you book less than two months before the conference you will only be able to book rooms at daily price, subject to availability. So - don't wait to long!

Note - rooms reserved for the ICANS conference guests are held by the hotel according to this matrix:
- 4 months before arrival 75% of non-booked rooms are released
- 3 months before arrival 50% of non booked rooms are released
- 2 months before arrival 100% of non booked rooms are released
