Registration Fees
Early-bird registration (until 31 August 2026)
SEK 2,200 (approximately EUR 200)
Regular registration (1 September – 31 October 2026)
SEK 2,750 (approximately EUR 250)
The registration fee includes:
- Participation in the full ESS-ILL User Meeting programme
- Conference materials
- Coffee breaks and lunches
- ESS tour
- Welcome mingle at ESS on Wednesday, 18 November
- Conference dinner at AF-Borgen on Thursday, 19 November
Conference Dinner
The conference dinner is included in the registration fee and will take place at AF-Borgen, one of Lund's most iconic buildings.
