Registration Fees
Early-bird registration (until 31 August 2026)
SEK 2,200 (approximately EUR 200)
Regular registration (1 September – 31 October 2026)
SEK 2,750 (approximately EUR 250)
The registration fee includes:
- Participation in the full ESS-ILL User Meeting programme
- Conference materials
- Coffee breaks and lunches
- ESS tour
- Welcome mingle at ESS on Wednesday, 18 November
- Conference dinner at Grand Hotel Lund on Thursday, 19 November
Conference Dinner
The conference dinner is included in the registration fee and will take place at Grand Hotel Lund, one of the best historic hotels in Sweden.
