Welcome to FLOPS: Forum for Large-scale Operations in Parallel Systems.
This is the third edition of this highly valued event series. The principle is simple: participants can present on any HPC topic from their environment, preferably GPFS storage related.
The HPC & storage workshop will take place in Lund,, Sweden, from 02-04 September 2026, with two tours of the ESS facilities in Lund, Sweden on Sep. 2, followed by two days of conference/workshop.
Hosted by Max IV and the European Spallation Source (ESS), the HPC & storage workshop invites participants to meet and share their experiences with using parallel storage in high-performance environments, such as research facilities.
Registrations open: 6 July
Registrations close: 25 August
There is no registration fee.
Participants are expected to cover their own travel, accommodation, lunch and for some evenings, their meal expenses.
