ESS site visit.
During visits to the ESS site, it is essential to follow all safety and security rules to ensure the well-being of our guests.
- Visitors will need to bring valid ID for identification to be allowed on site.
- Visitors are required to wear long trousers and flat shoes
- Visitors who have undergone a medical treatment involving a radionuclide intake or injection may risk triggering the radiation portal, in which case they will not be allowed on site for safety reasons (they will be able to wait in The Loop during the site tour, and can of course still participate in the conference afterwards).
