Logistics support is available for exhibitors needing to ship e.g. large demo equipment ahead of the conference for demonstration purposes. Charges for such services is to be covered by the exhibitor. Exhibitors can order extra equipment on top of the stand package.

The industry exhibition will be held adjacent to the auditorium, and will be arranged to provide maximal exposure to the conference delegates during poster sessions and breaks.

Booth rental includes
- 3m × 2m booth with white walls
- One electricity socket, one table (50x120), two chairs and a garbage bin.
- Company listed in the book of abstracts
Each booth rental also includes two delegate registrations, allowing full participation in the conference scientific activities, the conference programme booklet, the welcome reception, the conference banquet and coffee breaks. Additional company representatives will need to register as delegates

Terms and Conditions
Cancellations
A 20% administrative fee will be charged for cancellations received before June 28th 2019. No refunds will be given for cancellations made after June 28th 2019. Cancellations must be made in writing by email to ibic2019@meetagain.se.
Booth Etiquette
During Exhibition opening hours, booths should be attended by an authorized representative, technically qualified to explain and demonstrate the equipment or services displayed.
The Conference reserves the right to remove any display that, because of noise or other objectionable features, detracts from the scientific and educational nature of the exhibit.
Sub-letting
Exhibitors will not be allowed to sublet booths or portions of booths to non-registered companies or individuals.
Compliance
The Exhibitor assumes all responsibility for compliance with all pertinent ordinances, resolutions and codes of duly authorized local and national law concerning fire, safety and health, together with the rules and regulations of the hotel.
Hold Harmless
The Exhibitor assumes the entire responsibility and liability for losses, damages, and claims arising out of Exhibitor’s activities in Malmö Live during the conference and will indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the conference organizer and Malmö Live, its owner, and its management company, as well as their respective agents and employees from any and all such losses, damages, and claims
