The starting point for delegate registration is via the SPMS system (follow this link), in order to ensure that all registrants have a valid SPMS profile. If you do not have one, you need to create it (can be done via the above link).
When starting the registration process, you will be forwarded to the Delegia system run by our conference organizer Meetagain. Here you can select your options, provide any dietary constraints and pay the delegate fee, which is
7200 SEK (inc VAT) | for early birds |
8200 SEK (inc VAT) | for regular registration |
9200 SEK (inc VAT) | for late registrations |
4100 SEK (inc VAT) | for students* |
Applicable deadlines are listed under the "important dates" tab
Conference attendance in Sweden is subject to VAT. If your organization is not based in Sweden and has a registered VAT number or equivalent national tax ID (for countries outside EU), it is possible to avoid the VAT charge by providing this number.
Payment is by credit card or invoice. There is an additional fee for the invoice option.
For technical reasons, it is not possible to transfer the SPMS profile information to the Delegia system, so you will be need to enter some of your information again. Please make sure to use the same email address that is registered in your SPMS profile, as this is the way we synchronize the registration and payment information back into SPMS.
You will receive a confirmation email from Delegia when the process is finished. If the process is interrupted or times out before it is finished, you may restart it via SPMS.
For any technical issues with Delegia, please contact Meetagain at ibic2019@meetagain.se.
A 20% administrative fee will be charged for cancellations received before June 28th 2019. No refunds will be given for cancellations made after June 28th 2019. Cancellations must be made in writing by email to ibic2019@meetagain.se.
* students should be registered in a program at an institution for higher learning to qualify for the student rate. Student delegates may be called upon to help with the scientific programme activities.
