Please be invited to the 'Shielding & Safety Systems' System Acceptance Review Meeting.

S&SS Site Tour will be offered on the 10th October at 09:00-11:30. Invitation will be sent separately to the Reviewers.

The charge to the review committee for the SAR is:

Based on the documentation and oral presentations delivered, the committee shall assess the readiness of the Shielding and Safety System to proceed with commissioning activities with neutrons, and to operate during the first period of source operation and ramp up. 

The review committee shall assess and report on technical, organisational, and proceedural readiness and compliance as defined through the review checklist. 

Issues, or deferrals presented shall be assessed for compatibility within the broader scope of the facilities activities, timescales and objectives. Milestones for the resolution of these items should be set. 

Any perceived significant gaps or shortfalls shall be recorded
