Description

We are now a few months away from BoT and there is a need to perform a thorough look into the schedule, deliverables, resources, risks, key dependencies and prioritizations.
The workshop aims to identify areas or weaknesses that might prevent the current BoT date or the subsequent commissioning from taking place as planned, and identify actions that we need to follow up after the workshop.

Prioritization order during the workshop

  • Priority 1: Activities and deliveries leading up to the point when we have achieved our
    BoT definition/goals
  • Priority 2: Activities and deliveries after BoT and up to the first shutdown period
