This is an acceleration workshop for the TREX instrument, which is organized as part of the TREX ICEB.

The objective of the workshop is to:
Protect or advance the TG5 date
Remove remaining blockers and reduce schedule risk
Common understanding on the challenges and priorities going forward
Evaluate potential TG5 deferrals and their impact on hot commissioning
Agree on clear owners and next steps

In this workshop we’ll do the following:
Review of critical path. The latest one is attached, we’ll prepare a new one based on the updates in P6 in the March period.
Acceleration options. You’re asked to come prepared with concrete acceleration proposals, including:
Estimated schedule gain (weeks)
Required additional resources
Associated risks
TG5 scope and deferral strategy. What is the minimum scope required for TG5. Evaluation of deferral candidates:
beam monitors
pol analyser
commission of polariser
Any other candidates?

After evaluation with the instrument team, a set of key focus areas has been identified for the workshop. The agenda will be structured around these areas. Participation can be limited to the relevant slots—those listed below are not required to attend the full workshop, only the sessions where their input is needed.
